Do you need a car license to drive a moped / Scooter?
Currently I have my learner's permit and I would love to have a motorcycle that can move independently. So would be great if someone could get back to me with an answer on weather or not I have to get a motorcycle license promoter or if I have to get my Ps ?????
It varies from state to state. Each state has a dedicated limit to what a scooter / motorcycle "and what is a motorcycle. In any case, you can not manage well with only a learner's permit, unless you have the proper permit for that type of vehicle and type of pre-requisite of a licensed driver exhibiting control over you (legal guardian, parent, instead of parents, school teacher driving, etc.).
