What to do when the son of the head of his to steal?
I work for a company powersport, with about 15 employees, who happen to be one of the few responceable up that the owners son, continues to take money from my till, only to let you cut me until the end of the day counts! I said that I will it! When I confronted the owner who is mad at me for accusing his son of stealing ... jobs arent the easiest way to get .... What are my options??? no camera, the son is very manipulative, threatening to send home for the day if I, an attempt to stop two of letting the owner know! I have to work my 40 hours!
Do not let the son of the owners from taking the money, or get him to write a note when it does.
