I want to know what kind of surfboard retro fish would be best for me.?
i weight 110 pounds and browse all kinds of waves. as small what appears to be over his head. I have the perfect board. how many fins should I get? 2 or 4? how big should it be? 5'6? 5'8? if I get a double wing set where the fins have been thwarted double or not? thanks
Check Zippi fish. Makes excellent fish are well priced, that is a cool dude, and is supporting your local shaper. He stands behind their tables too which is great. If you buy your board from the shelf and you do not like, tough luck. No with Zippi. All the shapes are all pretty twinnies. I have sailed mine in 1 foot slop to OH +. You are the light so you can afford to go smaller. Talk to Zippi, will fit with something that works for you. Do not listen to the hype, shorter is not always better with the fish. I'm 5'7 "170 pounds and ride a 5'9 "and absolutely love it. It also has a 5'10" that took place when it's really small and I still feel like surfing. I wanted a board that floats very well, capturing the waves very well, and that's fast. That's a fish. It's definitely skatey and takes a few sessions to dial, but it's fun. There is a propeller size so tight and going vertical cuts are not easy in a fish, but can be done.
