Choosing a Snowboard Holidays in France
France is one of the destinations of the world's best and most famous snowboarding, with a variety of resorts. Freeriders, almost spoiled for choice, can experience extreme verticals and ideal terrain with fantastic views. To get to your holiday destination in France or snowboarding, travel options are on the road, train or plane. Morzine, for example, is approximately 9 hours drive from Calais Autoroutes, with the choice of ferry or Eurotunnel to cross the channel. By train, you have to change the line in Paris to Grenoble and the nearest airport is Geneva, about 47 km away. Low cost airlines fly from both Luton and Gatwick.
