Why is my graphics card running slow?
I have a Nvidia 9800 GTX +, and is running more slowly than expected. CPU is not the most, my system memory is not full, and neither is my memory card. I uninstalled my drivers, and reinstall the most Recent evidence, however, still seem to be beating out about 40 fps in my games. What could be some possible causes of this? Could it be that the bandwidth is limited because it runs on a PCI-e, instead of a PCI-E 2.0 slot?
